How is it already eight days into December?  With the holidays fast approaching, there’s a lot to get done.  There’s the shopping, the stocking stuffing, the Santa letter writing, the wrapping… and then there’s the caroling, the cooking and the get togethers.

There’s so much to do, yet so little time to do it in.  But in the midst of the holiday crunch, there is one essential thing to squeeze into your schedule.

I had almost forgotten until I opened an email the other day from one of my brothers.  The subject?  “It’s that time of year.”

Inside was the link to Office Max’s very own Elf machine.  The idea is simple.  Upload a photo and voila!  You can have your very own customized elf e-cards or dancing elf video.

So far close to 500 million people have used this elfnology.

So go on.  Elf a friend.  Elf a partner, elf your children, your bestest friend or simply just go elf yourself.  🙂

Because ‘tis the season to give joy and be merry.  And sometimes all it takes is a video of you as a hip-hop dancing elf to spread some cheer.  There’s just something silly and light-hearted about seeing a loved one’s face on an animated elf that makes you smile.
