Ditch the How-Habit

“You are worthy of all that you desire.”

Dear Universe,

Here’s the truth. When it comes to manifesting, I constantly worry about the how.

How’s it going to happen?

How will I get from point A to point B?

How will I find the time?

How will I find the right help?

How will this big dream ever come to be?

It seems like one how leads to another how which leads to more questions, more anxiety and no answers.

That’s why when I find myself getting carried away by the hows, I really, really try to stop myself.

To put it simply, we are not supposed to know the how. I repeat, we are not supposed to know the how. It’s not our job to understand how things are working on every level; it’s just our job to trust that they are.

Case in point: I couldn’t tell you a damn thing about how my car works, but it doesn’t matter. I simply trust it does and trust it will get me where I need to be.

I get why this unwavering belief is a little harder with our dreams. We care so much about these big visions of ours. We think about them, work on them, share them with those closest to us… but we also have to be patient and wait.

Being patient isn’t always easy and waiting can often lead to worrying.

But here’s the thing.

Worrying or obsessing over the hows is like telling the Universe you don’t believe your dream is on its way to you. It’s telling the Universe, “I think you’re pretty magnificent, but even you can’t handle this request.”

Umm, sweet souls… The Universe can more than handle your request! The Universe is constantly shifting things around and making magic happen. But when it hears you doubting or questioning, it hits pause on the manifesting.

Why?

Well, the Universe wants to make sure you are absolutely, without question ready to receive before it delivers. And doubting? That’s a huge signal to the Universe that maybe you’re not ready yet.

The good news?  The minute you really are ready, you’ll be amazed at what transpires!

In fact, I’m betting that you can think of a time when something came really easily to you—and it’s probably because you truly believed it would.

So the next time you find yourself getting lost in the hows—stop—because it’s not serving you in any way. Give gratitude instead. Switch your thoughts to a higher, more positive one. And repeat some of my favorite mantras instead!

“I trust the timing of my life.”

“Everything is coming together in perfect time.”

“I am exactly where I am meant to be, going where I am meant to be.”

“The stronger my belief is, the faster the blessing comes.”

“I am blessed beyond belief.”

“Thank you, Universe.”

Change your thoughts; change your world. Change your vibe; change your world. Change your attitude; change your world. Change starts with you! So ditch the how-habit and get on with manifesting your visions a hell of a lot faster!

What’s one thing you know you are manifesting now, and are not questioning the hows about?

Here’s to believing that anything, at any time is possible. Because it is.

With Gratitude,
